Payment Terms

All products are custom-made and require full payment prior to the start of production.

Custom Agreements

Any exceptions, including payment delays, staged payments, or other specific conditions, must be agreed upon in writing before the order is confirmed. These are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Order Confirmation

Production begins only after the final drawings are approved by the customer and payment is received, unless otherwise agreed.

Pricing Terms

• All prices are provided under EXW Kaunas (Incoterms) unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing.

• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the product price.

• Prices are calculated in EUR (€) but can be converted to your local currency for reference.
